EPAM Unveils AI Capabilities for ServiceNow Development at Knowledge 2026
EPAM Systems, Inc. announced in a press release its production ready AI capabilities for ServiceNow development at the Knowledge 2026 conference in Las Vegas, held from May 5 to 7, 2026. The company is using these tools in its own production environment to accelerate ServiceNow instance configuration, code management, and feature delivery.
Built on Claude Code from Anthropic, EPAM’s approach combines platform engineering expertise with applied AI to reduce delivery friction and operating costs. The company reported that these capabilities can improve development efficiency by up to 35 percent and support operations by approximately 50 percent.
At the event, EPAM is demonstrating several AI enabled ServiceNow features, including automated implementation analysis, issue remediation from bug report to fix, and new feature development from natural language prompts. Additional capabilities cover event management implementation, ServiceNow upgrade support, and full software development lifecycle tool integration.
Conference attendees can visit EPAM’s booth to view live demonstrations of these AI driven ServiceNow solutions and learn how the company is enabling organizations to move from experimentation to production.
