Enter Raises $100 Million Series B, Becomes Latin America's First AI Unicorn
Brazil-based artificial intelligence legal technology company Enter has raised more than $100 million in a Series B financing round, announced in a press release. The round values the company at approximately $1.2 billion, making it the first AI unicorn in Latin America.
The financing was led by Founders Fund, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, Kaszek, Atlantico, and ONEVC. Founded in 2023, Enter provides AI systems that autonomously perform litigation tasks such as evidence discovery, drafting responses, and negotiating settlements before human review by lawyers in its network.
Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised Enter in the transaction. The deal team was led by Matthew Squires and Maurice Guttmann, with additional support from lawyers across the firm’s U.S. and Brazil offices.
