August 12, 2026
EnableComp has acquired Helix Advisory to expand its Zero Balance Review capabilities for hospital revenue recovery. The company says Helix technology identifies underpayments missed by rules based audit systems.

EnableComp has acquired Helix Advisory, a Cincinnati based revenue recovery firm, the company announced in a press release.

EnableComp said the acquisition expands its Zero Balance Review capabilities within its complex revenue recovery platform. Helix technology is designed to identify underpayments that traditional rules based audit systems miss.

The company said the added capabilities include clinical signal detection that compares case coding with payer reimbursement, and root cause analytics that trace why an underpayment occurred. EnableComp said the integration will let hospitals run this recovery work inside the same platform used for complex claims and denials.

Helix founder Zack Higbie will join EnableComp as vice president of Revenue Recovery Products. EnableComp said it supports more than 1,000 hospitals and recovers about $3 billion each year across its claims, denials, and revenue recovery products.
