DriveCentric Introduces Service Engagement Hub for Dealership Service Teams
DriveCentric announced in a press release Service Engagement Hub, a CRM and engagement platform for automotive dealership Fixed Operations teams. Early access opened to existing customers on August 3, with general availability for new customers planned for September 1.
The product is built inside DriveCentric and connects sales and service activity through one customer record. It is designed for Service Advisors and Service BDC teams to manage service opportunities, declined service follow ups, inactive customer outreach, and retention campaigns.
Service Engagement Hub includes text, chat, phone calling, integrated video, campaigns, reporting, and native AI agents. A new Service AI Agent supports scheduled repair orders, prospects new repair order opportunities, follows up on declined repair orders, and runs automated retention and loyalty campaigns.
DriveCentric said sales teams can view service history and active visits on the same customer card used by service teams. The company also named Morgan Auto Group, All American Ford, and The Niello Company as partners involved with shaping the product.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
