Dotdigital Launches AI Loyalty Platform Alongside Global Consumer Study

July 17, 2026
Dotdigital has introduced Dotdigital Loyalty, an AI-driven loyalty platform integrated into its marketing ecosystem, following new research revealing a decline in consumer brand loyalty and demand for more personalized experiences.

Dotdigital announced in a press release the launch of Dotdigital Loyalty, a new platform designed to help marketers build and manage loyalty programs directly within its ecosystem. The release coincides with research showing only 15 percent of consumers find brand marketing relevant to them, highlighting a major opportunity for improved personalization.

The Customer Trends Index, based on surveys of 4,000 consumers in the UK, USA, Australia and Singapore, found that 53 percent of respondents view loyalty programs as key to maintaining relationships with brands. Nearly two thirds prefer points-based reward systems, while free shipping, cashback, and free gifts remain popular incentives.

Dotdigital Loyalty connects customer behavior, rewards management, and marketing automation into a unified environment. It includes features such as flexible point earning, tiered programs, analytics, and integrations with Shopify and other partners. The company stated that the platform uses AI-powered personalization to strengthen customer retention and engagement.

Early adopters, including Pacific Packaging Australia, have already implemented the system to encourage repeat purchases and improve customer experiences. The new platform expands Dotdigital's suite of tools that combine marketing automation, data insights, and AI to support acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
