Deloitte and Legora have expanded their strategic alliance in the United States to accelerate AI transformation across legal, tax, compliance, and risk functions for organizations, announced in a press release.

The partnership combines Legora's AI platform with Deloitte's professional services and implementation experience. Deloitte will use its knowledge from applying Legora internally to guide clients in adopting the platform and managing change across complex enterprises.

The collaboration aims to support functions such as contract review, negotiation, research, drafting, invoice review, M&A due diligence, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and workflow automation. Deloitte will also help clients design operating models and integrate AI into professional service delivery.

Executives from both companies stated that the alliance will help organizations streamline workflows, strengthen governance, and scale AI adoption across business functions.
