DBR77 Introduces Consultify Industrial Reasoning Platform at Automate 2026

June 18, 2026
DBR77 has launched Consultify, powered by its Vector engine, at Automate 2026 in Chicago. The platform is designed to help manufacturers make faster, data-driven operational decisions by identifying bottlenecks, prioritizing automation, and modeling financial outcomes.

DBR77 Robotics announced in a press release the launch of Consultify, powered by DBR77 Vector, at Automate 2026 in Chicago. The platform introduces what the company calls Industrial Reasoning, a category of AI intended to support manufacturers in converting complex operational data into actionable decisions.

Consultify uses the DBR77 Vector Industrial Reasoning Engine to evaluate production constraints, financial trade-offs, workforce capacity, and automation options. It produces structured recommendations that identify bottlenecks, prioritize automation investments, assess risks, and generate sequenced action plans tied to measurable outcomes.

The system incorporates established industrial methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Methods-Time Measurement, and ISO 22400-2 frameworks. It was trained on more than 1,400 verified industrial transformation cases and enhanced with Digital Twin simulations to model factory environments.

DBR77 reported that Vector achieved 94 percent parity with senior human consultants in internal benchmarks, reducing analysis cycles from weeks to under two minutes. The company is demonstrating Consultify at Booth 4639 during Automate 2026 as part of its U.S. expansion efforts.
