Datasea Completes Three AI Multimodal Projects Worth $1 Million

Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd. has completed delivery of three AI multimodal solution projects in China valued at approximately 1.01 million dollars. The company also finalized its redomicile merger to the British Virgin Islands, with shares continuing to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol DTSS.

Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd. announced in a press release that it has completed the delivery of three AI multimodal solution projects in China with a total contract value of about 6.9 million yuan, or approximately 1.01 million dollars. The projects were delivered by its China-based entity, Datasea Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

The company stated that revenue from these projects will be recognized according to applicable accounting standards. The completed work supports Datasea's focus on expanding solution-based offerings across areas such as small and micro enterprise services, new media marketing, digital rural services, and beauty and wellness digitalization.

Datasea also completed its redomicile merger from Nevada to the British Virgin Islands effective April 16, 2026. The company continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol DTSS following the merger.
