The company will deliver a unified model that integrates AI quality assurance, intelligent automation, and workforce optimization. This framework supports policyholders, agents, and brokers across multiple communication channels and includes both real time and back-office operations.

Datamatics will handle processes such as first notice of loss, claims triage, payment support, and underwriting data validation. The AI system includes predictive analytics, agent assist tools, and automated workflow management to improve response times and compliance. The solution aims to increase first-call resolution rates, reduce transfers, and accelerate claims processing.

The company recently launched TruAI Underwriting, a solution designed to streamline underwriting decisions through AI. Datamatics provides digital and process management services across sectors including insurance, banking, healthcare, and manufacturing.
