D-Robotics Raises $120 Million to Advance Embodied AI Robotics Platform
D-Robotics has secured $120 million in a Series B1 financing round, bringing its total funding across A and B rounds to $220 million, according to Gasgoo. The company said the funds will support research and development for its full-stack robotics platform focused on embodied AI.
The new investment will accelerate work on D-Robotics’ computing infrastructure that integrates hardware and software technologies, combining edge and cloud capabilities for improved coordination between chips, algorithms, and system software. The goal is to lower development barriers in robotics and enable commercial-scale deployment.
A key partner in this effort is Horizon Robotics, which will provide its BPU (Brain Processing Unit) intelligent computing architecture and foundation model capabilities. Together, the companies plan to enhance robotic intelligence and support the large-scale commercialization of next-generation robotic systems.
D-Robotics offers computing platforms that range from 5 to 560 TOPS, supporting applications from humanoid and service robots to autonomous mobile robots. The company has collaborated with partners including Narwal, Insta360, and Vbot to integrate its AI and computing technologies into consumer and service robotics products.
