Cryptomathic Deploys Luminance for Contract Queries
Cryptomathic has deployed the Contract Intelligence Platform from Luminance, according to Legal IT Insider. The Danish IT security company will use the platform to make contract information accessible across its business and reduce routine requests to its legal, risk and compliance team.
Employees in sales, finance, sales operations and IT can ask natural language questions about contracts and receive answers with supporting evidence. They can search for renewal dates, invoicing terms, licence types, customer obligations, response times, liability provisions and indemnification terms.
Cryptomathic stores technical, commercial and service level terms across master agreements, annexes, schedules and amendments. The platform brings that information into a searchable contract repository.
