Copado introduced new updates to its Intelligent DevOps Platform for Salesforce at Dreamforce 2025, featuring Org Intelligence, Model Context Protocol integration, and an AI-powered DevOps agent for Salesforce and Slack.

SAN FRANCISCO — announced in a press release, Copado unveiled new updates to its Intelligent DevOps Platform for Salesforce at Dreamforce 2025. The enhancements include Org Intelligence, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration framework, and an Intelligent DevOps Agent designed for Salesforce and Slack.

The Org Intelligence feature provides deep visibility into complex Salesforce environments, allowing faster discovery and troubleshooting by retrieving live context directly from enterprise systems. The MCP integration framework connects enterprise systems to AI agents, ensuring data consistency and eliminating silos.

The Intelligent DevOps Agent acts as an AI-powered architect across the DevOps lifecycle, automating deployments, testing, and governance. It is built directly into Salesforce and Slack and is available on AgentExchange. Copado’s Autonomous Testing for Salesforce also automates process discovery and testing to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Copado collaborated with Salesforce on the launch of Agentforce 3.0 to promote interoperability between enterprise AI agents. The updated platform is available now on the Salesforce AppExchange and was showcased during Dreamforce 2025 sessions.
