Complete Controller Launches CAS-i Accounting Platform

August 11, 2026
Complete Controller has launched the next generation of CAS-i, an AI powered accounting services platform and mobile app for bookkeeping clients.

Complete Controller announced in a press release the launch of the next generation of CAS-i, its Client Accounting Services Intelligence platform and mobile app. The platform uses AI to support bookkeeping, document management, financial reporting, account monitoring, and client communication.

CAS-i includes a voice enabled AI concierge that can answer bookkeeping and QuickBooks questions, guide prospective clients through pricing and onboarding, monitor accounts for unusual activity or missing documents, recommend resources, and connect users with Complete Controller teams. The platform also includes secure document management, guided workflows, training resources, integrated communications, and mobile access.

Complete Controller said CAS-i separates AI analysis from financial record changes. AI can identify trends, surface possible issues, and prepare recommendations, but actions that affect financial records require approval from accounting professionals. The platform includes permission based access, audit logging, security controls, and AI guardrails.

CAS-i is available immediately across Complete Controller's bookkeeping and controller service offerings. The company said it is designed for small and medium businesses, nonprofits, municipalities, family offices, and CPA firms.
