Safebooks Inc. launched an enterprise finance automation suite for close management, finance operations, and audit and SOX compliance, the company announced in a press release. The three products use a shared financial data graph that connects data, documents, policies, and controls across existing business systems.

AI agents prepare reconciliations, validate transactions, investigate discrepancies, and assemble supporting workpapers. Finance teams review exceptions and retain responsibility for judgments and approvals.

The suite also automates recurring tasks including order management, collections, cash application, invoice reconciliation, and control checks. Safebooks manages configuration and implementation, with the first process expected to enter production within two to four weeks.
