Colovore has closed a $925 million debt facility with Blackstone to expand its AI-optimized, liquid-cooled data centers across major metro areas, announced in a press release. This funding will accelerate Colovore's national expansion, starting with new facilities in Reno, Chicago, and Austin.

The financing, supported by King Street Capital Management, positions Colovore to scale its infrastructure to meet the growing demand for high-density, AI-optimized data centers. Colovore's facilities are designed to support the intense demands of modern AI chips, offering market-leading cooling densities and improved efficiency.

Colovore's data centers are purpose-built for AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads, providing power densities from 17kW to over 200kW per cabinet through advanced liquid-cooling technology. This capability has positioned Colovore at the forefront of the enterprise AI revolution, serving a diverse range of customers from large enterprises to leading GenAI companies.
