Collective 54 Introduces AI Account Manager at Q2 Retreat
Collective 54 announced in a press release the conclusion of its Q2 Retreat, held April 22 to 24, 2026, in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. The event brought together 50 founders of boutique professional services firms for a two-day workshop focused on generating expansion revenue from existing client accounts.
During the retreat, members installed the AI Account Manager, a proprietary product built by Collective 54. The system monitors client accounts to detect expansion signals, map white space, and recommend next best actions. It replaces manual account review processes traditionally used by boutique firms.
Participants also learned The Operating System for Expansion Revenue, Collective 54's methodology for identifying untapped revenue potential. One member reportedly closed an expansion deal during the event itself.
The retreat is part of Collective 54's quarterly series designed to help members transition to firms driven by AI. Since its founding in 2020, the organization reports that members have completed 59 firm sales totaling more than 3 billion dollars across North America.
