Coco Robotics and Deliveroo Plan UK Robot Delivery Rollout

Oct 5, 2026
Coco Robotics and Deliveroo will begin autonomous sidewalk deliveries in Canary Wharf in October, followed by launches in four other UK locations.

Coco Robotics and Deliveroo will introduce robot deliveries across the UK through an exclusive partnership, the companies said in a press release. The rollout will begin in London's Canary Wharf in October 2026.

The companies plan to expand the service to Milton Keynes, Leeds, Stockton on Tees and Nottingham in the coming weeks and months. Deliveroo customers in Canary Wharf will initially be able to order from selected restaurants and cafes, with more merchants to be added later.

The electric robots travel at walking pace on sidewalks and use onboard sensors, cameras and AI navigation. They process environmental data on the robot without cloud connectivity, while control software applies local speed limits and routing rules.

The deployment marks Deliveroo's first use of autonomous delivery vehicles in the UK. Most orders will continue to be handled by riders. Coco will also share sidewalk hazard data collected by its robots with BlindSquare, which provides audio navigation alerts for blind and partially sighted users.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
