Attune has received a strategic growth investment from Chicago Pacific Founders to expand its healthcare engagement platform, which connects fragmented care systems and improves coordination across health plans and providers.

Attune has received a strategic growth investment from Chicago Pacific Founders, announced in a press release. The partnership combines Attune's agentic engagement platform with Chicago Pacific Founders' network of healthcare operators managing more than three million lives.

Attune's platform connects electronic health records, care management systems, and outreach tools into one coordinated system. It enables healthcare organizations to reach patients through multiple channels, handle preventive outreach, manage chronic conditions, and support post-discharge transitions. The system is designed to be auditable, measurable, and compliant with healthcare standards.

According to the announcement, Attune has outperformed traditional human advocate teams in several deployments, including surpassing a Medicaid health risk assessment target by 40 percent within three weeks of launch. The platform can be implemented within six weeks of contract signing.

The investment will accelerate Attune's roadmap to expand its engagement capabilities, deepen system integrations, and extend its clinical use cases for health plans, provider groups, and care organizations where coordination inefficiencies are most costly.
