Cerillion Named in Gartner 2026 CSP AI Marketing Quadrant
Cerillion stated in a press release that it was included in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CSP AI Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions. The report evaluates commercial software that uses AI for marketing and sales operations at communications service providers.
Cerillion provides AI features within its BSS/OSS suite for creating, selling, fulfilling, charging and billing for telecom products and services. Its architecture supports multiple AI models and includes assistants and agents within operational workflows.
The system includes an AI Management Centre for governing model use, an MCP Server that provides controlled access to BSS/OSS functions and Agent2Agent support for collaboration among Cerillion, customer and third party agents. Cerillion was also included in Gartner's related Critical Capabilities assessment across four marketing and sales use cases.
