Cerillion 26.1 Adds Agent2Agent AI Capabilities for Telecom Automation
Cerillion has released version 26.1 of its BSS/OSS Suite, introducing new Agent2Agent (A2A) capabilities that allow AI agents to coordinate actions and execute multi-step processes across systems. The release was announced in a press release on April 29, 2026.
Building on the AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server introduced in its previous version, Cerillion 26.1 enables agents to share context and collaborate both within the Cerillion platform and with external systems. The MCP server provides a secure framework for context sharing across applications, supporting more consistent and automated workflows.
The update also includes expanded event-driven features for real time notifications, improved charging and policy control with flexible quota management, and enhancements to mobile app customer journeys. Additional improvements strengthen interoperability and operational visibility, including better inventory monitoring and diagnostics.
These updates are delivered as part of Cerillion’s core BSS/OSS Suite, allowing communications service providers to adopt new automation capabilities within a standardized and scalable framework.
