Centari Introduces External Views for Client Sharing of Deal Intelligence
Centari has introduced External Views, a new feature that allows law firms to securely share white-labeled deal intelligence dashboards with their clients, announced in a press release.
External Views enables legal teams to deliver customized dashboards that include market benchmarks, transaction trends, and anonymized aggregate data. Firms can define granular permissions to control client access to specific charts, tables, benchmarks, or supporting deal documentation.
The feature extends Centari's existing Views platform, which lets firms analyze transaction trends and visualize proprietary deal data. Both tools are powered by the company’s patent-pending Deal Reasoning Engine that converts complex transaction documents into structured, citation-backed data tied to underlying records.
External Views is available immediately to Centari customers.
