Casepoint and Proofpoint Partner to Connect Archiving and Legal Workflows

May 11, 2026
Casepoint has announced a partnership with Proofpoint to integrate its legal and compliance platform with Proofpoint Archive, enabling a continuous workflow from communications governance to legal response.

Casepoint has partnered with Proofpoint, Inc. to integrate the Casepoint platform with Proofpoint Archive, announced in a press release. The integration connects communications governance and legal response workflows, reducing manual handoffs and improving defensibility during eDiscovery and compliance processes.

The integration allows organizations to search Proofpoint Archive content, issue notifications, and manage legal holds directly within Casepoint. Archived data can be preserved and moved into Casepoint for downstream eDiscovery activities such as review, redaction, and production. This unified process aims to shorten time to insight, reduce redundant data collection, and maintain a documented chain of custody.

Proofpoint Archive offers a secure cloud repository for compliance and litigation readiness, while Casepoint provides tools for legal hold, collection, processing, and production. The collaboration extends Casepoint's coverage across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, linking upstream data governance with downstream legal workflows. The integration is available immediately through supported configurations of both platforms.
