Canary Technologies has launched the Agentic Sales Coordinator, an AI solution that automates hotel group and event sales workflows from initial inquiry to confirmed booking. The tool aims to help hotels manage leads more efficiently and close deals faster.

Canary Technologies announced in a press release the launch of the Agentic Sales Coordinator, an AI solution designed to automate hotel group and event sales processes from first inquiry to confirmed booking. The tool uses Canary AI, the company’s hospitality-focused platform, to manage incoming leads, qualify opportunities, and streamline workflows for hotel sales teams.

According to the company, the Agentic Sales Coordinator engages with inquiries as soon as they arrive, helping hotels capture more group and event revenue and reduce administrative work. The system is built to improve the quality of sales pipelines and allow teams to focus on closing deals rather than manual tasks.

The new product expands Canary’s existing AI suite, which includes AI Voice, AI Contracts, AI Webchat, and AI Guest Messaging. The Agentic Sales Coordinator will be presented at the HSMAI Commercial Strategy Conference and HITEC 2026 in San Antonio, Texas.
