Burkhan Capital Leads $300 Million Investment in Robo.ai
Burkhan Capital LLC has led a consortium committing $300 million to Robo.ai, announced in a press release. The investment aims to accelerate Robo.ai’s AI and robotics platform expansion globally, with the transaction expected to close within 30 days, pending customary conditions.
The funding will support the development of Robo.ai’s global platform integrating smart devices into an AI-enabled ecosystem built on blockchain. The company plans to strengthen its presence in the Middle East and expand into markets across North America, Europe, and South Asia.
The announcement follows Robo.ai’s recent investment in decentralized physical infrastructure network platform Arkreen, aligning with its Web3 strategy to connect AI-driven smart devices and promote a machine economy. Burkhan Capital said the partnership combines its strategic resources with Robo.ai’s technical capabilities to drive growth in smart technology and blockchain sectors.
