Burke, Inc. and Verve said in a press release that they have formed a strategic partnership to build AI enabled decision systems using synthetic customers, client data, and organizational knowledge.

The companies said the systems will connect research repositories, data systems, team knowledge, and institutional memory. The synthetic customers are intended to be continuously updated and auditable, with governance, validation, and human oversight.

The partnership combines Burke's work in human and cultural intelligence with Verve's synthetic customer technology. The companies said the offering will support clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia.
