Brandwatch Expands Iris AI and Data Coverage for Marketers
Brandwatch, a Cision company, has introduced new AI features and broader data coverage for its Iris AI platform, announced in a press release. The updates aim to help marketing and communications teams generate faster, more actionable insights across digital channels.
At the center of the update is Iris AI, now enhanced with features such as Ask Iris, an AI chat assistant that answers natural-language questions and generates visual summaries; AI Query Writer, which builds Boolean queries with suggested keywords and hashtags; and AI Dashboards, which produce narrative summaries of data insights.
The platform’s data coverage has also grown to include Threads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and search data from Trajaan, along with over 70,000 trending podcasts analyzed through transcripts. Additional enhancements include AI-powered influencer summaries, automated content translations, and industry benchmarks.
Brandwatch stated that further expansions to Iris AI are planned for 2026, including new APAC data sources, smarter video and image analysis, Bring Your Own Data integrations, and a new mobile app experience.
