Booster Robotics has unveiled its Booster K1 humanoid robot platform at the 2025 Booster Robotics Ecosystem Conference in Beijing, announced in a press release. The event, held on October 30 at the National Speed Skating Oval, marked the company's broader strategy to advance embodied intelligence through accessible and durable robotic systems.

The Booster K1 is designed as an entry-level platform for developers, combining affordability with advanced features. It weighs under 20 kilograms, supports smartphone app control, and includes a free action library with regular updates. The robot is available in three models—K1 Geek, K1 Edu, and K1 Pro—each featuring 22 degrees of freedom and support for secondary development. The K1 Geek Edition is priced at USD 5,999, with a limited-time offer of USD 4,999 before November 11.

Booster Robotics also introduced its Booster Agents framework, positioning the K1 as the first "universal body" for embodied AI agents capable of performing roles such as dance instruction and tutoring. The company launched the "Voyage Plan" to support developers through open-source tools, tutorials, and a seed investment fund aimed at fostering innovation in agent development.

To strengthen its ecosystem, Booster Robotics announced the "Hundred Cities, Ten Thousand Schools" initiative, targeting partnerships with over 10,000 educational institutions worldwide within three years. The company reported more than 700 units shipped globally since its founding in 2023, serving over 200 clients across 20 countries and 70 research institutions.
