Beroe Secures $34 Million to Enhance Procurement Intelligence

Beroe has raised $34 million from investors to enhance its procurement intelligence stack, supporting product development and acquisitions.

Beroe Inc. has secured a $34 million investment from a consortium of investors, including Relativity Resilience Fund. The funding will be used to enhance Beroe's procurement intelligence stack, focusing on product development and acquisitions.

The investment aims to strengthen Beroe's ability to provide actionable insights for global procurement managers. Beroe plans to use the funds to expand its insights layer through both organic product development and inorganic growth via acquisitions.

Beroe serves over 1,000 global enterprise customers, including more than 300 Fortune 500 companies. Recent acquisitions include Forestreet, a supplier and innovation scouting solutions provider, and nnamu, a company specializing in game theory-enabled autonomous negotiation solutions.
