Beroe Acquires Forestreet to Enhance AI-Driven Procurement Solutions
Beroe has acquired Forestreet, a London-based company specializing in AI-powered supplier discovery. This acquisition aims to accelerate Beroe's AI-first strategy by integrating Forestreet's proprietary AI models and expertise in large language models (LLMs) into its ecosystem.
Forestreet's platform, which facilitates rapid supplier discovery, market mapping, and ESG risk analysis, will enhance Beroe's Supplier Discovery module within the Beroe Live.ai platform. This integration is expected to transform Supplier Discovery into a market-leading capability, enabling users to find, evaluate, and engage suppliers with increased speed and precision.
The acquisition will see Forestreet's entire team, including data scientists and engineers with extensive AI experience, join Beroe. This move is set to bolster Beroe's AI capabilities across the procurement lifecycle, with Forestreet's leadership team taking on expanded roles within Beroe's organizational structure.
This acquisition marks Beroe's second in under six months, following its acquisition of nnamu, a provider of autonomous negotiation technology, earlier this year. Both acquisitions aim to expand Beroe's presence in the European market and enhance its procurement intelligence offerings.
