Barracuda Networks has unveiled new threat detection capabilities powered by multimodal AI, announced in a press release. This advancement aims to provide adaptive, context-aware protection against emerging cyber threats with enhanced accuracy and speed.

The new capabilities integrate multimodal AI, which synthesizes and interprets diverse data streams, with Barracuda's existing machine learning classifiers and sandbox engine. This integration allows for the detection of more malicious files at a significantly faster rate than previous models.
