Autograff Launches ShopOS for Auto Repair Shops

Oct 7, 2026
Autograff launches ShopOS, a management system that combines repair workflows with an AI receptionist, assistant and operational insights.

Autograff announced in a press release the launch of ShopOS, a management system for auto repair shops in the United States. The platform connects scheduling, repair orders, inspections, estimates, parts, invoices, payments and customer communications through one customer record.

An AI receptionist answers calls through a shop's existing number, books available appointments, responds to routine status questions and records conversations. An AI assistant answers questions about appointments, parts and pending approvals using shop data, while an insights tool identifies jobs at risk, parts delays and estimates awaiting approval.

ShopOS is priced per shop and includes all users without a setup fee. Autograff also provides free migration of customer, vehicle and repair records, along with help configuring shop hours, bays, staff and pricing.
