Atomic raised a $12.5 million Series A led by Klass Capital and Madrona, the company said in a press release. Adrian Schauer of Klass Capital and Matt McIlwain of Madrona joined its board.

Atomic will use the funding to expand its AI supply chain planning platform and support larger enterprise deployments. The software connects business objectives with daily operating decisions and works alongside existing enterprise resource planning systems.

The company says its platform automates 90% of purchasing for DoorDash's DashMart business across hundreds of sites. Good Chop, a HelloFresh meat subscription business, used Atomic to reduce inventory from eight or nine weeks to four while more than doubling revenue.

Atomic also offers Nucleus, an AI agent platform for sales and operations planning, inventory questions, and supply risk checks. The company was founded by former Tesla supply chain leaders Michael Rossiter, Neal Suidan, and Jeff Goodrich.
