AssureCare has launched NutraVance, an AI-enabled platform that integrates nutrition management directly into healthcare workflows, supporting Food as Medicine programs with tools for assessment, care planning, engagement, and reimbursement.

AssureCare has launched NutraVance, a nutrition management platform designed to embed Food as Medicine programs into healthcare operations, announced in a press release. The system integrates nutrition assessment, care planning, personalized meal recommendations, patient engagement, and reimbursement workflows within clinical and administrative processes.

NutraVance is built on AssureCare’s agentic AI framework, which supports personalized and scalable nutrition management while maintaining clinical oversight. The platform uses AI-assisted tools to generate tailored nutrition plans, analyze dietary patterns, assist care teams with documentation, and engage patients through adaptive communication.

The solution aims to help healthcare organizations manage the entire nutrition care process, from identifying at-risk populations to coordinating interventions and measuring outcomes. By connecting nutrition directly to patient care, NutraVance enables providers to operationalize and sustain nutrition-based interventions within existing healthcare systems.

According to AssureCare, the platform is intended to augment clinical expertise rather than replace it, allowing dietitians and care managers to extend their reach while maintaining transparency and accountability.
