AssetBuilt has launched AssetBuilt Intelligence, an AI platform for preliminary industrial asset assessment, market analysis, and disposition planning.

AssetBuilt announced in a press release the launch of AssetBuilt Intelligence, a proprietary AI platform for the industrial asset marketplace. The platform is available immediately and is designed for manufacturers, lenders, private equity firms, restructuring professionals, equipment owners, and industrial operators.

AssetBuilt Intelligence lets users upload equipment photos, nameplate images, individual asset details, or full facility equipment inventories. It analyzes the information to identify equipment, review current market activity, create preliminary market value ranges, and recommend disposition strategies.

The platform includes four core functions: Identify, Assess, Strategize, and Monetize. AssetBuilt said qualified opportunities are reviewed by its industrial asset specialists, combining AI generated analysis with advisory services.

The company said additional data such as manufacturer, model, serial number, operating history, condition, location, and facility inventory details can be added to assessments. The platform supports use cases including equipment sales, plant consolidations, surplus asset programs, restructurings, acquisitions, facility closures, and portfolio evaluations.
