Arete Adjusting, a member of +8 Partners, has launched Arete Adjusting Asia Pacific Ltd. in Hong Kong, marking its first expansion into the Asia Pacific region.

Arete Adjusting, a Third Party Administrator (TPA) and member of the international insurance ecosystem +8 Partners, has launched Arete Adjusting Asia Pacific Ltd. (Arete AP) in Hong Kong. This marks the company's first expansion into the Asia Pacific region, following its North American launch in March 2024, announced in a press release.

Arete AP will utilize Crux, an AI-enabled proprietary claims and portfolio management platform, to provide data-driven claims adjusting services specifically for the cargo, marine, and logistics insurance sectors. This platform offers real-time visibility into claims handling, enabling insurers, brokers, and risk managers to monitor developments on demand.

The new entity will be led by Senior Claims Executive Ao Yuxing, who brings extensive expertise in marine insurance claims and maritime law. Based in Hong Kong, Yuxing's leadership is expected to enhance Arete AP's service delivery across the region, leveraging her deep understanding of both Eastern and Western insurance markets.
