Aon Expands Claims Copilot Platform Globally

Aon has expanded its Aon Claims Copilot platform worldwide, integrating advanced analytics and claims data into one unified system to enhance transparency and consistency across client claims management.

Aon has expanded its Aon Claims Copilot platform to a global scale, announced in a press release. The rollout extends across North America, Asia Pacific, and several EMEA countries following a pilot that began in November 2025.

Aon Claims Copilot consolidates claims data and analytics into a single connected platform, supporting consistent and transparent claims management. The system is used by Aon's 1,800 Claims professionals in more than 50 countries and covers over 20 product lines.

The platform offers real time dashboards for visibility into claims trends, tools for evaluating insurer performance, and secure digital access for clients to track claim progress. Automation features are included to improve processing speed and accuracy.

Aon stated that additional EMEA and Latin American markets will follow in the coming months as part of its broader investment in data and analytics capabilities, which also includes Aon Broker Copilot and the firm's Risk Analyzers and Diagnostics tools.
