Ande raised more than $52 million in seed and Series A funding for a platform that combines corporate entertainment booking, approvals, payments, and expense management.

Ande raised more than $52 million in seed and Series A funding, the company announced in a press release. The funding came from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Duration Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital Ventures.

Ande is launching a platform that combines corporate entertainment booking and expense management. It handles venue searches, approvals, contracts, payments, and expense reconciliation, while giving finance and legal teams visibility into spending.

More than 60 enterprises use the platform, with over $400 million in annual entertainment spending flowing through it. Ande also operates a network of 1,600 hospitality venues and more than 93,000 entertainment venues across over 90 cities.
