AmplifyMD Secures $20 Million Series B Funding to Enhance Virtual Care Platform
AmplifyMD has raised $20 million in a Series B funding round led by Forerunner Ventures, announced in a press release. The funding will accelerate the development of AmplifyMD's AI-enabled multispecialty virtual care platform, which aims to improve clinical access and operational efficiencies across various healthcare settings.
Since its inception in 2019, AmplifyMD has been a leader in delivering integrated virtual care solutions through its EHR-integrated platform, covering over 15 medical specialties. The platform is designed to transform fragmented data and limited provider capacity into coordinated, systemwide coverage, resulting in faster consults, higher productivity, and reduced patient transfers.
The new investment will enable AmplifyMD to scale its operations and enhance its AI and clinical workflow capabilities, further supporting hospitals and care organizations in turning virtual coverage into a sustainable advantage. The company plans to deepen strategic partnerships and fuel long-term care delivery transformation across the country.
