Altrio Launches AI Deal Screening Tool for CRE Acquisitions Teams

Altrio announced in a press release the launch of Altrio Pro, a product for commercial real estate acquisitions teams that builds a deal pipeline from Outlook or Gmail inboxes. The company said the product is available now, free to try, and can be set up in less than five minutes.

Altrio Pro monitors inbound deal emails from approved senders, captures deal information from emails and attachments, and creates structured summaries. It scores each opportunity against a firm's buy box and ranks deals by fit.

The product also includes plain English deal Q&A, a searchable comparables database, and controls for permissions and audit records. Altrio also renamed its Origin platform to Altrio Enterprise, which is aimed at larger firms that need workflows across a firm, portfolio management, and compliance oversight.
