Alcor has launched CMDB Catalyst, an AI powered product built on the ServiceNow Platform to monitor, automate, and optimize Configuration Management Database operations.

Alcor has launched CMDB Catalyst, an AI powered product built natively on the ServiceNow Platform for Configuration Management Database operations, the company announced in a press release.

CMDB Catalyst uses 10 AI agents across data quality, visibility, automation, optimization, reporting, and insights. The product monitors CMDB health, identifies data quality issues, strengthens configuration relationships, detects operational issues, and automates repetitive CMDB tasks.

The product connects to existing ServiceNow CMDB environments and provides dashboards for AI activity, infrastructure health, CMDB data quality, and operational performance. Alcor said CMDB Catalyst is live on the ServiceNow AI Agent Marketplace.
