AIQA Global Appoints Maria Ross as Chief Operating Officer
AIQA Global has appointed Maria Ross as Chief Operating Officer, announced in a press release. Ross will oversee the company’s commercial operations, client delivery, and operating execution while leading its strategy for the global insurance sector.
Ross previously served as Vice President of Enterprise Digital Transformation and Global Head of Customer Experience at Chubb, where she managed digital and customer experience programs across more than 50 countries. Before that, she was Assistant Vice President of Digital Automation and Transformation at MetLife, where she helped establish AI and automation frameworks across multiple business lines.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ross will also lead AIQA’s insurance market strategy, engaging with carriers, brokers, reinsurers, and other participants in the risk transfer ecosystem. Her appointment supports AIQA Global’s expansion of the AIQ score, a standardized rating system that measures the quality of enterprise AI governance across 250 data points and five dimensions.
