Advaita Bio has introduced iSCanGuide, a cloud platform that integrates single cell and spatial transcriptomics data analysis into a unified GPU-accelerated environment, reducing processing times from weeks to minutes.

Advaita Bio has introduced iSCanGuide, a cloud platform for analyzing single cell and spatial transcriptomics data, announced in a press release. The platform is designed to convert large biological datasets into interpretable results using a GPU-accelerated infrastructure.

iSCanGuide integrates with Advaita's existing iPathwayGuide platform and replaces fragmented data workflows with a unified research environment. Researchers can perform analyses that previously required weeks of manual processing in a matter of minutes.

The system builds on two decades of validated research used in Advaita's pathway analysis tools, which are already trusted by over 13,000 scientists worldwide.
