Sembly AI is a New York company founded in 2019 by Gil Makleff and Artem Koren, originally known for meeting transcription and note taking. In September 2026 it launched Sembly 3.0, an agentic platform that turns an organisation's documents, meetings and CRM content into finished presentations, proposals, case studies and reports in more than 45 languages, repositioning the company as what it calls an AI execution layer for businesses.
