Zilliz Cloud Enhances AI Performance with Sub-10ms Latency

Zilliz Cloud offers AI-first companies improved performance and cost savings with its vector database service, delivering sub-10ms latency and increased reliability.

Zilliz has announced significant improvements in AI application performance through its fully managed vector database service, Zilliz Cloud. In a press release, the company highlighted that AI-first companies are experiencing faster performance, greater reliability, and reduced infrastructure costs by adopting their service.

Zilliz Cloud is delivering sub-10ms latency, which is crucial for applications ranging from conversational AI to healthcare intelligence. For instance, Singapore-based CX Genie reported doubling its query performance and achieving zero daily downtime after migrating to Zilliz Cloud. Similarly, Beatoven.ai, an AI-powered music creation platform, noted a 2-3 second reduction in track generation time, enhancing creative workflows for its users.

The service also supports seamless scaling for AI applications in education, as demonstrated by Ivy.ai, which maintained consistent response times despite a 200% increase in data volumes. Additionally, Dopple Labs and EviMed have reported improved context recall and search accuracy, respectively, by integrating Zilliz Cloud into their operations.

Zilliz emphasizes that its infrastructure is not just backend support but a core driver of AI performance and cost-efficiency, enabling organizations to focus on innovation rather than infrastructure management.
