Zendesk Names Craig Flower as Chief Operating Officer

Zendesk has appointed Craig Flower as Chief Operating Officer, tasking him with advancing the company's AI-first transformation and improving operational efficiency. Flower previously served as Zendesk's Chief Information Officer.

Zendesk has appointed Craig Flower as Chief Operating Officer, announced in a press release. In his new role, Flower will oversee efforts to strengthen customer engagement, accelerate the company’s AI initiatives, and enhance overall operational performance.

Flower previously served as Zendesk’s Chief Information Officer, where he led the modernization of digital tools and expanded the use of AI and machine learning to improve internal services. As COO, he will focus on simplifying the adoption of Zendesk’s AI tools, improving support delivery, and fostering collaboration through a new center of excellence for customers and employees.

Before joining Zendesk, Flower held leadership roles at TriNet as Chief Technology Officer and at Hewlett-Packard as Chief Information Officer, where he managed IT transformation and business process innovation.
