ZenBusiness Expands Enterprise Platform for Embedded Business Formation and Compliance
ZenBusiness announced in a press release the expansion of its ZenBusiness Enterprise program, which enables payroll, fintech, commerce, accounting, and AI platforms to integrate business formation and compliance workflows directly into their systems. The infrastructure includes services such as entity formation, EIN procurement, registered agent support, licensing, and compliance management.
The program provides APIs designed for enterprise scale integrations, allowing partner platforms to embed formation and compliance processes within their existing customer experiences. ZenBusiness Enterprise supports functions like S corporation election, state employer registrations, and ongoing compliance tracking through SOC2 compliant, API based workflows.
ZenBusiness said its infrastructure connects AI powered experiences to operational workflows, covering business formation and registration tasks across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The company also stated it is evolving its partner APIs toward Model Context Protocol compatibility to support AI agents that can execute formation and compliance steps automatically.
The platform is already in use among partners in payroll, commerce, and financial services, helping them keep customers within their ecosystems while offering trusted formation and regulatory support. ZenBusiness reports that nearly one million businesses have been formed using its services since 2015.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
