YY Group Outlines Transition to AI Workforce Platform and Previews Yolara Product

YY Group has issued a strategic update detailing its shift from a hospitality workforce provider to an AI workforce management platform, with its first AI product, Yolara, expected to launch in the third quarter of 2026.

YY Group has published a strategic update describing its transformation into an AI workforce management platform for the global hospitality and service sectors, announced in a press release. The company said it is evolving from its role as a major hospitality workforce provider in Asia toward a technology platform built around AI capabilities.

The company has already implemented initial AI features within its YY Circle platform, including automated workforce verification, AI customer support, and intelligent attendance assurance. Its AI development framework is organized into four modules that cover the full workforce lifecycle, progressing from decision support systems toward agentic AI.

YY Group’s first AI product, named Yolara, is under development and expected to launch in the third quarter of 2026. The company also confirmed the appointment of Kai Yang as Chief AI Scientist and a technology partnership with Arros AI to support large scale deployment of its AI platform.
