Yanolja Rolls Out AI Concierge for Hotels Worldwide
Yanolja is rolling out an AI concierge for hotel operations worldwide after a preview across more than 1,000 hotels in India, the company announced in a press release.
The system was developed by Yanolja Cloud Solution and will expand to Thailand, the United States, Malaysia, and Africa. It is designed for guest communications, reservations, digital check in, digital check out, housekeeping, room service, payments, and upselling.
The AI concierge uses eight specialized AI agents and connects directly with the YCS Property Management System. This lets it access reservation and room availability data and carry out tasks in hotel workflows.
Guests can use the service through WhatsApp or a web portal to confirm reservations, complete check in, request services, and make payments. Conversations can be transferred to hotel staff when human assistance is needed.
