The integration of XpertDox's AI solution, XpertCoding, has led to significant improvements in charge capture and operational efficiency. According to Terry O'Neil, MD, President of Urgent Care Pros, the implementation has reduced coding-related denials to below 2% and increased charge capture by 20%. The AI system identifies missing CPT codes and refines ICD usage, streamlining the revenue cycle and enhancing financial outcomes.

Sameer Ather, MD, PhD, co-founder and CEO of XpertDox, emphasized the goal of simplifying coding processes to improve return on investment for urgent care providers. By automating medical coding, the partnership allows healthcare professionals to focus more on patient care while ensuring accurate and efficient billing.
