Sana's core products, Sana Learn and Sana Agents, will continue to operate under their existing labels. These tools are designed to improve how people learn and work by providing AI-driven solutions that streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Sana's technology will be integrated into Workday's ecosystem, offering a proactive and personalized employee experience.

The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Workday's fiscal year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. This move aligns with Workday's vision to reimagine the future of work by delivering intelligent experiences that unlock AI capabilities for the workplace.
